Hi, I truly appreciate for your visit. My name is Yongil Kim, currently working at Energy,Mining&Infra Sector M&A Department, Transaction Advisory Services, EY Korea (EY Han Young). I am pursuing to grow as an acknowledged investor in alternative investment sector, especially with a keen economic insight for south-east Asian countries, and such as the power industry structure in Indonesia, new railroad plan connecting Nepal to China and even a ranch in Laos, my interest is stretched firmly in alternative investment field.

Many of my past experiences and background skills are focused for the solid career path. I realized the importance of accounting knowledge as a fundamental ability for financial valuation, and It made me to have various internships at global Accounting firms such as PwC and EY. While working with the Assurance team of PwC, I deepened my understanding of the structure of financial statements by checking every single account on the statements as well as their annotations. And at EY, I have participated in more than 10 overseas project for alternative assets, and expanded my competencies in industry analysis, financial risk analysis and WACC calculations. In addition to that, I actively participated in creating financial model for a coal fired power plant project in South Africa and a gas fired power plant project in USA.

I am also trying hard to develop as an excellent communicator. I have always had great relationships with the clients I have worked with as well as seniors and other colleagues in the office, and it generally derives from my early days participated in various social activities, backpacking trips over 20 countries and miscellaneous part time jobs. I always try my hardest to have a quick eye to read the air, so that I can proactively fulfill work needs and make it to the best quality. Based on my distinctive attitudes, I will be positioned as a responsive communicator who catches what I can do in a work process quickly and precisely, and the person who is able to communicate with anyone.
